Shipping Policy
Our moms aim to prepare all orders and ship them within 2-3 days. However, please keep in mind that all products are handmade so your original piece will be at your door latest within 7 days. If for any reason there may be a delay in your order, we will contact you to let you know.
We use UK Royal mail for all our deliveries. Please see the pricing below;

Return & Exchange Policy
By now you and your furry friend will have received their Strype London purchase and we hope that your both love and wear it with style!
However things can happen and if the sıze doesn't fit or if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason , we will offer you a full refund, exchange or store credit to be used within 30 days of your purchase excluding the cost of of postage and packaging.
Once the item has been returned, we will require 7 working days to process the refund or exchange. Please send the item along with your reason for return to the below address. Remember the returned product has to be in resellable condition to be eligible for the refund or exchange.
